All new inside and out with an open floor plan from the kitchen to dining to living spaces. Squeaky clean private bedrooms and bath, plus a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress in the sleeper sofa, this cottage comfortably sleeps six.

Enjoy the big backyard with no neighbors in sight. Picturesque sunsets illuminate the great room or your hang out in the attached garage for casual connections to the vast outdoor spaces. Enjoy the peace and quiet of your own farmyard.

Or take a leisurely drive (or walk) around Mott Lake wildlife area (less than 1 mile) or take in the pastoral views from country lanes along Bull Run Creek just a mile north.

Less than half-hour drive to Mankato, Waseca, Mapleton, Janesville, New Richland, Wells, Waldorf, and St. Clair. A convenient one-hour drive to Rochester and a 1.5-hour drive from MSP on four-lane highways.
